Refund policy
Our 30-day return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving an item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it. It must not have been worn or used, must include all tags, and must be in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to assess the problem and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
- Customized or made-to-order products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of promotional items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you received. Once the return is approved, you can purchase the new item separately.
14-Day EU Cooling-Off Period
If goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without providing justification. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and display the refund.
